About the workshop

This workshop is based on the following session presented at the ELMO 2026 Conference in Brussels:

Your Digital Lifestyle Medicine Practice Support System

In this practical atelier, you will learn how to build a simple and effective digital support system for your Lifestyle Medicine practice.

You will explore how to:

• Create a clear client FLOW
• Build a landing page for your programme or service
• Prepare and send your first email broadcast with confidence
• Organise the essential digital tools for communication and follow-up
• Start building your own Lifestyle Medicine Practice digital support system

You will receive practical guidance, preparation materials, and ongoing support to help you move from ideas to implementation. After the workshop, you will be able to either prepare a precise specification for professional implementation or continue building the system independently.
